商品の引渡時期 Time of Delivery of Goods | Access to the selected subscription plan is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation. This is a digital service — no physical goods are delivered. Login instructions and account access are sent to the registered email address immediately after payment. |
返品・交換について Refunds and Exchanges | No cooling-off period applies to mail-order (online) subscription sales of digital services in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. No refunds are provided once service access has been granted and the customer has logged in to use the service. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the account settings page, or by contacting support@zapkly.com. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. |
